I forgot to say as this is a initial thread. The service PacketStream turns your computer into a proxy by installing a program on your computer. Aside what people may think, the access to the proxy installed on your computer is only available to paying PacketStream customers. This is not a open proxy.
PacketStream customers are required to purchase bandwidth and use the proxies for legitimate reasons like marketing research, traffic ranking between other seo related tasks. Any breach of this agreement can result in account been closed and the purchased earnings revoked.
This also applies to the other 2 services.
