Jack Skellington, the pumpkin king of Halloween Town, is bored with
doing the same thing every year for Halloween. One day he stumbles
into Christmas Town, and is so taken with the idea of Christmas that
he tries to get the resident bats, ghouls, and goblins of Halloween
Town to help him put on Christmas instead of Halloween  but alas,
they cant get it quite right.

1: they used an old x265 revision (98 from april   rule 7.3

2: once again they did not include all subtitles that are on the
source disc  rule 10.1

3: they did not set the correct title to the audio description
track they have included (stereo is not a valid description for a
supplementary audio track   rule 8.12

4: they muxxed a second (lossy) english track into their release
(a little hint, it is the same as the lossless track) with a
little good will they just have overseen their mistake  rule
8.3.1.1

5: and well they have not included the HDR info into their nfo
rule 24.2.6
