In Deutschland ist man haftbar für alles illegale was über die eigene IP läuft.
Und nun wird hier empfohlen seine IP als Proxy Server IP zur Verfügung zu stellen damit man selbst haftbar wird für alles was andere über diese IP Downloaden etc. ???

Etwas unseriöseres und für den User gefährlicheres kann man in Deutschland wohl kaum jemandem empfehlen.

All that you said is nonsense. Why? My best affiliates are from DE and AT.

Is it Nonsense that, in Germany, you are chargable for anything illegal that is done via you IP?
So if u "turn your PC into a Proxy" the IP of Users of the Service are masked by your own Home IP. So you are charged für anything they do over your IP !!!

I forgot to say as this is a initial thread. The service PacketStream turns your computer into a proxy by installing a program on your computer. Aside what people may think, the access to the proxy installed on your computer is only available to paying PacketStream customers. This is not a open proxy.

PacketStream customers are required to purchase bandwidth and use the proxies for legitimate reasons like marketing research, traffic ranking between other seo related tasks. Any breach of this agreement can result in account been closed and the purchased earnings revoked.

This also applies to the other 2 services.

Then tell me why they need a Proxy at all ???
For all those reasons you mentioned there is absolutely no reason to use a Proxy at all ...
And what use is the banishment of the User for the IP Owner if his IP was used for something illegal???

So it is what it is: STAY AWAY from these Services and stay in the safe side !!!
