Morgengrauen in Haddonfield: Nachdem sie von Dr. Loomis vor dem psychopathischen Killer Michael Myers gerettet wurde, wird die junge Laurie verletzt ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert. Dr. Loomis und die Polizei suchen indessen nach Myers, der angeschossen flüchten konnte. Als Myers herausfindet, dass Laurie lebend im Krankenhaus liegt, macht er sich auf den Weg dorthin.
