In einem Appartementblock im Zentrum Jakartas wohnen der skrupellose Gangsterboss Tama Riyadi und seine Gang. Eines Tages wagt sich ein 20-köpfiges SWAT-Team unter der Leitung von Sergeant Jaka in das Gebäude.
