Hacxx Click2Call V3 - Services via phone or prank calls

This is a hack from Hacxx on wider used Click2Call services. This all started when trying to find weak points in a few well known sites. After reversing the html and JavaScript a common link was present in all of them. A service that works as Click2Call.
