Nachdem ihr Vater (Peter Mullan) verstorben ist, erbt Iris (Freya Allan) einen heruntergekommenen Pub in Berlin. Was sie nicht weiß: Mit dem Erbe ist auch eine Verbindung zu Baghead verbunden, einer unheimlichen Kreatur, die im Keller des Pubs lebt. Baghead hat die Fähigkeit, die Gestalt von Verstorbenen anzunehmen. Verzweifelte Angehörige haben zwei Minuten Zeit, mit den Toten zu sprechen und ihre Trauer zu verarbeiten. Doch das Brechen der Zwei-Minuten-Regel hat für alle Beteiligten schreckliche Konsequenzen.
